All trade sizes indicated in the product pages are approximate sizes. Most matting shrinks during the manufacturing process and is therefore never exactly true to the stated trade size. There is a manufacturer’s tolerance of approximately +/- 3-5%.
The color swatch images that you view for each floor mat may not be the exact color of the actual fiber colors of the delivered mat. The colors that you view may be greatly affected by your monitor and settings. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the color you see is completely accurate of the actual mat color.
All Logo Mat orders will have an artwork proof created before production. An artist will create a proof based on customer color requests and layout. A proof will be emailed to customer for approval before manufacturing.

All orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. FOB (also known as f.o.b.) Shipping applies to all orders. Shipping cost is determined by items’ size, weight, and destination address. We will ship without signature required unless otherwise requested. For expedited delivery, please contact our customer service department before placing your order. Free Shipping promotions exclude Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
We will accept returns on many of our products only with a return authorization number (call or email for this number). All returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for the return shipping with proper packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for all returned items. We will not accept returns of used, discounted or discontinued items under any circumstance. There are no returns on custom orders including logo mats, custom sizes, cut lengths, pre-designed mats, linkable/interlocking mats and custom colors.
Unimat Industries, LLC.recognizes that there may from time to time be typographical errors within product specifications, sizes, and pricing. In the event of a pricing error, customer will be contacted with changes. Unimat Industries, LLC.reserves the right to cancel or amend any order due to any such error.
Due to the constant variability of all outside factors, Unimat Industries, LLC.reserves the right to change any and all pricing at its sole discretion on its Web site.
